Learn to lead in a 3-hour course over two sessions. This course is designed for top-rope climbers, climbing around grade 18 – who want to take their climbing to the next level. Designed for 2 – 4 participants, this is everything you need to become competent at leading indoors, including rope management, lead belaying, clipping and taking falls.
Course dates:
Wednesday 16/5, 7.30pm – 9pm
Wednesday 23/5, 7.30pm – 9pm
Needed: lead harness, dynamic rope (50m in lenght and minimum 9.7mm thick), locking carabiner and assisted braking belay device (Petzl GriGri, Mad Rock Lifeguard or Edelrid Eddy).
